Life is full of unexpected events that can leave us feeling confused, lost, overwhelmed and sometimes alone. I understand that each story is unique. I am passionate about working with clients who are working through relationship concerns (separation, divorce, reconciliation), changing family structures (blended, step-family and parenting), as well as individual issues such as anxiety, depression, women’s issues and adolescent concerns. My approach is influenced primarily by a strength based, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Narrative outlook. I am Gottman trained for use in couples work. I help clients build self-esteem while working through life’s challenges. I use humor, empathy, honesty and creativity in session and create a safe space for clients to explore their potential!
