In my over 14 years of experience as a counsellor it has been my privilege to conduct over 10,000 sessions with clients, teens and adults, in English and Spanish. I work with individuals to develop better coping skills and find ways to grow from the inside out, and feel stronger. With couples in building or renovating the foundation of their relationship. With family members in gaining a better understanding of their dynamics, supporting one another and working through specific situations. I also offer group therapy as collaborative spaces for learning strategies, overcoming common challenges and work in achieving shared goals.
Since different therapies are more effective with specific issues, I use an integrative approach. You may want to achieve short-term goals, take values-guided actions, make responsible choices or improve your relationships and family dynamics. You may need help to manage intrusive thoughts, negative habits, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, or PTSD.
