I’m pleased to work with women from a variety of cultural backgrounds to help them explore + treat depression, anxiety, relationship + attachment issues, trauma, poor body image, struggles with eating, perfectionism and family conflict through a lens of culture, curiosity and compassion.
I work with a culturally-sensitive approach and help you identify your strengths, making your therapy highly unique to you. Saturday morning appointments are available, if weekdays can be tough for you. Please know - you don't have to go through difficult things alone! I'm here for you every step of the way.
