With over nine years of experience, I works with children, adolescents, and adults to help them identify sources of stress and develop healthy coping strategies. My extensive background in education, child welfare, family services, and crisis intervention provides allows me to provide clients with a holistic understanding of their experiences and to create individualized treatment plans that address each person's unique needs.
I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore any difficult emotions and to help parents identify the fears and obstacles in caregiving. My strength-based approach, anti-oppressive practice and focus on empathy, will give you and your family the opportunity to open up and feel comfortable.
