The decision to start therapy is a courageous first step towards understanding, healing, and change. I offer therapy to adolescents, adults, and couples in Calgary, AB and Bragg Creek AB. I believe that most people can benefit from therapy at some point in their lives. Whether you struggle with persistent troubling thoughts or feelings, are overwhelmed by events that are out of your control, or just want to get in touch with a deeper sense of meaning and purpose in your life, therapy can help.
I specialize in individual, couples and groups in the area of addictions, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, sexual identity, and relationship issues. I rely heavily on mindfulness, Heartmath, Gottman, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused techniques to help bring you quick relief from the more uncomfortable aspects of change.
My approach is relational, warm, and direct. It is my intention to provide a safe environment for my clients where the struggles of daily life can be explored, old wounds can be healed, and opportunities for growth and change can be uncovered.
