I am a Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist and a Registered Psychologist. I am honoured to walk with clients through their healing related to anxiety, trauma, attachment, and reproductive mental health, and caregiving stress and burn-out. Therapy helps a client to improve awareness and empowerment; develop resources and regulation; explore patterns of relationship with self and with others; process wounds and trauma; strengthen voice; cultivate authentic self-worth, and embody deep & enduring curiosity.

Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP) is a phase oriented and experiential engagement with the wisdom of the body. Life-events, habits and core beliefs which impact our relationship with self, others, and the world around us, are explored through a curious, somatic/body focused, and compassionate process using mindfulness and experiment.
