Being vulnerable is really hard, especially with a stranger. I believe in the importance of building our relationship; allowing you to feel safe and comfortable, and for me to hold you accountable. We work in collaboration. If you are motivated to improve, I'm confident that we can identify and work toward developing the tools, coping skills, and understanding that will help you be your best. I find helping people discover their self-worth, set boundaries, and navigate life transitions, very rewarding. I enjoy working with depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, and relationship issues.
I am very calm, patient, and empathetic, and will provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space to express yourself. I like using humour to keep things light, even during our darkest times, and sarcasm to challenge you and the way that you think. I am trained in Gottman Level 1, and also see couples.
I am passionate about helping others recognize their own worth, through boundary setting, challenging thinking and beliefs, and empowerment. I have been through my own mental health journey, and I want to help others through theirs, without judgement.
