I am trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Sex Therapy Informed, Narrative and Solution Focused Techniques and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.

The Oak tree is vulnerable as an acorn but it has the capacity for resilience and growth, and grows into a majestic Oak, with a foundation of stable roots.
