I specialize in addictions, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, ADHD and life transitions. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, drawing on techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Expressive Arts therapy.
