We’re all born into systems and socially constructed narratives that impact us, and unravelling your story within those systems and narratives makes space to rewrite it. I want to empower you to tell your story, now and in the future, despite whatever boxes the world tries to put you in. By creating the building blocks of radical self-acceptance through self-reflection and self-discovery, we can explore alternative perspectives to constructing new meanings and possibilities. This process can help you expand your thinking, challenge self-limiting beliefs, and develop more flexible and adaptive ways of thinking and being.
I strive to work from an anti-oppressive and intersectional framework, while remaining curious how living in patriarchal, capitalist, and colonialist systems impacts mental health and well-being. Operating from a place of safety and transparency is vital in my practice, and I warmly and respectfully welcome all clients, as an accomplice on their journey.
I don’t believe it is up to anyone to tell you how to live your life; I walk alongside you, helping you to arrive at your own unique insights, alleviate immediate distress, and foster awareness within the broader systems and circumstances that contribute to challenges you face. My role is to help you discover a better version (and experience) of yourself.
