I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology. I have been providing clinical services to both adults and youth since 2008. Specialized focus in substance use and mental health. Also one of my passions is supporting and working with the LGBTQ2 community.
I have extensive Concurrent Diroder clinical experience using CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) therapeutic modalities. I also have training in Gottman (level 1 &2) and have recently completed Basic Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Approved provider with Veterans Affairs Canada
