As human beings, we all need to feel safe, loved and heard. Whether you are looking for support as a parent or seeking help for your child, I’ve got you. I know the importance of wanting to build tolerance, resiliency and perseverance for your child. As a parent, I’ve been there too. You want more for them. More calm, enjoyment and success. You want them to be happy with who they are and who they can become. During our time together I will help build skills to move past the hiccups, big and small, so that your child can be confident in who they are. There is no time like the present.
Before becoming a registered provisional psychologist I worked in gifted education for over 18 years. Using a variety of modalities that focus on experiences and strengths, my goal is to create a positive and supportive relationship with your child that fosters growth and development. Creating a safe space to explore their big emotions is always my priority.
Starting therapy can be overwhelming, especially for a child. By landing here you have already taken the the first step down a new path. Through a compassionate and empathetic approach, I am here to support you and your family in finding your way to wellness.
