I work with individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds, with a primary focus on children/youth and their families, as well as young adults. I use strengths-based and trauma informed approaches as well as a number of therapeutic modalities along with drawing from Art Therapy, somatic (body) work, and mindfulness practices.
It is a privilege being allowed into peoples lives to bear witness to the most vulnerable moments along with the awareness, acceptance, and growth they experience in order to show up in the world the way they want to.
