Currently accepting new individual clients. My approach is grounded in the belief that it is within a safe, caring relationship where we feel heard and understood that resiliency and healing are found. It takes courage to reach for help when facing conflicts, loss, and a barrage of negative thoughts. In attempts to fit in we often loose sight of who we are, and drift away from being our authentic self. I integrate a number of therapeutic modalities adapted to your unique personality and circumstances including EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and CBT to facilitate change.
Counselling can help you in the following ways: Building self-confidence, improving relationships, achieving a healthy weight, managing stress, grieving losses, reducing anxiety, feeling resilient, increasing happiness. letting go of the past and achieving goals.
I offer a warm, compassionate space to assist you in finding ways to sort through life’s challenges. Every person has strengths and wisdom which they often overlook; these strengths need to be celebrated and harnessed so you can reach your potential.
