At Mindful Path Counselling we offer a wide range of services including; individual, couples/relationship(s), marriage, child/youth, family, and group counselling. In addition, we offer a wide range of alternative wellness services including; reiki/energy healing/ infrared light therapy, hypnotherapy, life coaching, art therapy, ecotherapy, walk-n-talk therapy, and animal-assisted therapy. We work with people aged 5 years and up from all backgrounds. We are also under the supervision of a psychologist for psychology billing needs.

With over eleven social workers and psychotherapists and a social work and psychotherapy intern Our social workers and psychotherapists are trained in a wide range of therapeutic modalities, see below. We often support first responders, grief/death/bereavement, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, and so much more!
