I have years of education and work experience, but more importantly, I have years of my own life experience. I'm a person in long term recovery from my own addiction and mental health concerns. My clients appreciate the many perspectives I can offer. The hardest part is asking for help, I'm here when you're ready to talk.
I have a clinical Master's degree and specialize in addiction, stress, anger, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, suicidal thoughts, and trauma. I believe it's important for each of us to connect to our feelings, to learn how to communicate assertively, to set boundaries, and to develop a healthy relationship with ourselves.
I work with/support individuals, couples, and families, adolescents and adults. My hours are 9am to 4pm Tuesday through Friday, and 12pm to 3pm most Saturdays. I am able to be somewhat flexible outside of these hours but on a very limited basis.
