Operating virtually across Ontario and Nunavut. There are many reasons to enter therapy, whether it is to improve relational dynamics or to improve the relationship you have with yourself. Change is inevitable. Therapy provides an opportunity to shape the change you want with insight and intention and at a faster rate than if you simply allow time to make the change for you. While therapy can be hard, non-judgement and humour help make the process engaging and enriching.
I draw from a balance of formal knowledge, personal experience, and intuition toward healing internal wounds and bringing harmony to external systems. My focus is on safety and collaboration while providing strong leadership and a range of exploration opportunities tailored to the individual, couple, family or group.
