September 2024: We are accepting new in-person and virtual clients! Mental Wealth Counselling is a growing practice of mental health professionals. We offer counselling & psychotherapy services to adults looking to improve their mental wellness. We are Registered Social Workers (RSW) and Registered Psychotherapists (RP) who are qualified to offer a variety of treatment modalities and evidenced-based approaches to help with your concerns.
You may be feeling stuck and want to find a way to get your motivation back. We can help you to explore what might be going on and the steps you can take to get on track again and feel good about yourself. You will be able to clearly identify what you goals are and the steps that need to happen to achieve them when you work with a therapist with us!
