I hold a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, and have formal training in Holistic Nutrition, Health Coaching, Motivational Interviewing and Experiential Learning.
I have extensive experience helping people to improve their well-being and to manage life's stressors. I practice from a holistic perspective and offer a wide range of therapeutic techniques to help you achieve a greater sense of well-being.
