Megan obtained her degree from the Adler School of Professional Psychology and is registered with the BCACC. Megan has experience working with clients presenting with many concerns and uses the theoretical approaches from a handful of perspectives including Narrative, Person-Centered and Adlerian. The process of counselling is unique for every individual and is a collaborative process between the client and the clinician. Megan's job is to walk along side you in your journey to wellness, satisfaction and self-discovery while shining lights on parts of your story that demonstrate your other ways of being that are empowered.
Areas of Focus: depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, alcohol use, self-esteem/negative self-talk, life transitions, anger, LGBTQ, stress, career/workplace issues, perfectionism, challenges with working in the arts and entertainment industry, youth and adolescent issues, first responders, non-ordinary states of consciousness.
