If you work with me, you will find that I am warm, receptive, and engaging. I will offer practical tools and new ways of thinking that you can use right away to cope with the present and make plans for the future. Together we can dive into issues such as work life integration, communication with loved ones, routines and organization, and creating a meaningful, values oriented life.
I employ mindfulness and somatic perspectives informed by an extensive Buddhist and yoga practice and am informed by new research in neurodiversity.
Before becoming a therapist I was an entrepreneur and teacher and did my studies in philosophy and art history. I am supported in my own therapy and bi-weekly group supervision. I am regularly inspired by how the people I work with creatively find movement in the places they had once felt so stuck. I look forward to supporting you in doing the same.
