I use Hypnotherapy to help my clients achieve inner mental peace and resilience, as well as help women overcome personal challenges such as weight loss, body image issues, situational or performance anxiety, low self confidence and low self esteem. Sometimes this is related past trauma that is still affecting you today, and in those cases EMDR or Regression Hypnosis can help you get unblocked and move on with your life. We can then work together to help you build stronger self esteem and a greater sense of self worth while achieving your lifestyle goals and taking into consideration your spiritual nature as well.

Whether you simply want to conquer stress or dig deeper to identify the cause of your troubling issues, we will set a plan to change that by access the wisdom that lies hidden in your subconscious mind and help you re-create a stronger sense of self esteem and behavioral change.

Next online support group is due to start July 8th or July 15th Mondays from 7pm - 8:3opm and runs for five weeks. Each session addresses a different aspect of Stress & Anxiety. The hypnosis portion teaches you how to master your mind and control your stress and anxiety reactions along with group discussion before and after the hypnosis. Participants receive an audio recording of each hypnosis session. Participation is $300. Insurance receipts can be requested under Counselling (or Naturopathy in Quebec). Sound cancelling headphones are recommended. Please email me at osteopsychspirit@gmail.com to join.
