Chances are that you may be experiencing some stress, dissatisfaction or disenchantment in your life. I have over 14 years of counselling and therapy experience in hospitals, community and government settings. I have helped individuals of different ages, backgrounds and cultural groups with a wide range of difficulties.
I am well-versed in evidence-based therapeutic approaches that would be suited to the goals that we create. I am aware that not all modalities or interventions will fit with every individual and thus will use an eclectic approach to create a treatment plan that is conducive to your needs. I am familiar with treating various clinical symptoms & presentations.
