Before starting to process my trauma I dealt with Depression and Anxiety. In my search for help, I came across Mindfulness, it changed my life. Helped me to enjoy life, and to not be afraid of the symptoms
Later, I realized there was a huge trauma that I've been ignoring all my life. Together with the help of a therapist with experience in Body-Mind-Spirit oriented therapies like Compassionate Inquiry and Internal Family System, I’ve been getting in touch with all the repressed emotions. I'm back to Myself and I'm enjoying it!
