As a psychotherapist my role is to provide both individuals and couples with an encouraging and supportive space. My approach is founded on the knowledge that transformational change can only come from within. Every client that walks through my door has insight into their own healing process, it is just clouded by the challenges they are facing. My role is to cultivate and strengthen one’s capacity to access intrinsic needs, beliefs, and identity while acknowledging the courage and resiliency in making the choice to do so. I aim to promote a more balanced way of relating to oneself and others during times of hardship.
Through an attachment lens I draw from a variety of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and many others to provide a tailored evidence-based treatment plan. I am adept in working with trauma, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, shame, guilt, grief, loss, and relationship challenges.
At a pace that is comfortable to you, we will work collaboratively to gain the clarity and insight required to process, accept, and reframe the way you perceive, understand, and approach the challenges inhibiting you from reaching your goals of healing.
