I operate from a trauma-informed person-centered approach, as I know that I am inviting clients to reveal vulnerable parts of themselves and should be met with nonjudgment and unconditional positive regard. My person-centered approach allows me to shift from a deficit based perspective to a strength-based perspective, allowing for a relational depth that transcends labels. My practice is grounded in providing affirming care to assist clients in embracing personal self-worth and bolstering personal agency.

I have a passion for working with adults to address their trauma, situational and chronic stressors, anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, grief and loss, and life transitions. I have specialized training in EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Furthermore, along with my special interest in complex trauma work, I also specialize in working with those with gender-nonconforming identities. I operate from a culturally sensitive lens with the intent of creating safe spaces to explore individual configurations of gender identity. My hope is that I can walk alongside you on your journey to healing.
