Hi, I'm Lyndsay! My specific areas of interest are with individual adults around trauma, character development and resilience, as well as children with their parents to promote healthy family attachment, behavioural issues, boundaries and support emotional validation and regulation. I am trained in CBT, EMDR, Theraplay, Focusing and Grief as well as supervision. And I don't work alone! I have a fantastic team who would be honoured to support you!

Each therapy session is client-centered and focuses on the client's unique situation. My team strives to understand all that has brought the client to their current situation in order to establish treatment goals and to provide a professional therapeutic plan to achieve those objectives

Life is really hard and some times life's challenges seem impossible to overcome. But we think challenges can be turned into amazing sources of strength.
