I use a client-centred, multicultural discipline and collaborative approach (EMDR, CBT) to help individuals and couples grow and heal. I sincerely believe in the uniqueness, courage, and ability to change and grow in each individual. I believe in empowering you with the tools to find relief, clarity, and emotional growth. I believe in helping couples recognize, manage and reconcile issues that cause stress and/or disconnection in their relationship.
