I support clients with anxiety, stress, depression, grief, relationship issues and parenting support. In addition to a Master's in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Education, I am Level 1 Gottman certified, currently working through Gottman Level 2, as well as certified as a Prevention & Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP) counsellor.
