I help Individuals through major life transitions, coping with conditions, perinatal care, and life after abuse. I bring a unique blend of compassion, clinical expertise, and therapeutic insight to every individual I work with.
I can provide a treatment plan that involves either psychotherapy or health coaching. Perinatal Mental Health Services also available, as I have spent 6 years as a Pregnancy and Birth Educator. I specialize in women's wellness, and have helped many women move through circumstances and milestones that have greatly impacted their wellbeing.
It continues to be a fruitful journey as I move through my career in Wellness. I chose to step into individualized care as I saw the value in promoting better health and wellness. By educating and encouraging communities to understand their bodies and minds better, we can assert self-awareness, autonomy and motivation.
