Do you find it difficult to eat, sleep or manage day-to-day activities because you are constantly checking on, stressing about, or worrying about the newest member of your family? If so, this group may be for you. Designed to help new mothers recognize the signs and symptoms of postpartum anxiety, this group will teach participants how to regain control of their thoughts and worries so they can get back to feeling like themselves again and enjoy their new lives as mothers.
