IFS Guided Triads
Join our Guided Triad/Peer Practice sessions to advance your IFS skills with the support of peers and an experienced IFS therapist. These sessions offer a unique opportunity to practice the IFS model in a collaborative setting, receiving real-time guidance and feedback. Designed to foster growth, each session emphasizes patient, compassionate interaction while you refine your skills. Though it may resemble therapy, it is focused on experiential learning, with the facilitator providing interventions as needed. Our goal is to enhance your proficiency in IFS techniques through practical experience, helping you build confidence and receive valuable insights in a supportive environment.
