Women's Healthy Sexuality Group

The goal of this group is to encourage participants to reconnect and engage with their sexuality by learning and practicing mindfulness exercises to cultivate present-moment awareness, acceptance of what is, self-compassion, and stress reduction; learning accurate and current information on women’s sexuality and sexual response; discussing the ways that sexual interest and motivation are influenced by thoughts, feelings and behaviours; reflecting on the role of women’s intimate relationships on current sexual concerns; and capitalizing on the therapeutic benefit of group exchange, modeling, and support.
