At Manifestation Therapy, I tailor my approach to each client's unique challenges, and current needs. I guide individuals through healing using modalities like brainspotting, attachment theory, satir, TIR, EFT, IFS, CBT, and DBT.
Offering flexible virtal appointments I provide clients with the ability to move forward so that they can live the life they deserve. While coaching is about growth, therapy is healing, both will support a transition into your best self.
