Hi, I'm John, and New Life Therapy is my practice. If you are seeking therapy, chances are there is at least one aspect of your life that is lacking, hurting, empty, or even non-existent. My job is to help you rediscover and renew what is missing. It is to help you heal what has gone wrong and what is standing in the way of you being the person or couple you aspire and are called to be. Whether the problem is with your job, your relationship, your depression, your anxiety, your trauma, your addiction, your faith, I am here to listen to you and help you see your issues from the perspective of a trained expert who genuinely cares.
As a Registered Psychotherapist, I apply evidence-based approaches to mental and relational health. With a degree in philosophy from Harvard University and a Master of Divinity from Tyndale Seminary, I offer a pastoral perspective on matters of faith. The proportion and balance of psychology and spirituality in our sessions is completely up to you.
