Throughout my career, I've focused on treating OCD, trauma, anxiety disorders and depression refining my skills through various roles within mental health clinics across Calgary. In therapy, I adopt a flexible approach, drawing from modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I firmly believe in tailoring my methods to fit the individual needs of my clients, ensuring a personalized and effective treatment.
My specialization lies in perinatal and postpartum populations, where I bring a unique perspective and unwavering dedication to my work. I've furthered my expertise through training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) from the BECK Institute and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) from the Cognitive Behavioral Institute Center for Education in Pittsburgh.
