I’m thrilled to join Dearborn Therapy as a practicum student completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University. I aim to provide a compassionate, affirming, and collaborative approach that honours each client’s unique experiences and needs. I love to learn about the innate strengths, gifts, and resources each person carries contributing to their healing and growth.
I’m looking forward to working with individuals ages 18 + who are looking for ways to alleviate stress and anxiety, enhance interpersonal connections, and set personally meaningful goals by drawing upon evidence-based approaches. I have a heart for equity and social justice and work from a holistic and trauma-informed perspective.
