As an experiential clinician, I use an integrated approach that includes gestalt and cognitive-behavioural therapies. Also, as a firm believer in the the mind/body connection, I practice a somatic approach that helps to heal trauma and other anxiety-related concerns through building awareness of the way emotions interact with the body.
I offer a patient, warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental experience of self-exploration and improvement, while using the right amount of direction to help you reach your goals. I offer a holistic, yet science-based, therapeutic experience. During my time off I can be found in the mountains hiking with my faithful dog, Cali.
