Hello There! I am a somatic, experiential and relational therapist. I work with attachment (relationships), trauma (religious, family & relationship), and lots of different mood struggles. I love spending time dancing, playing on a playground, watching comedians, and spending time with my family people. I work to hold a space where you can be your true self and feel accepted by my true self. I enjoy helping individuals, friends and family dyads work through conflict, grief, and attachment healing. I love this work and have a caring, playful, and present energy.
