I am a Registered Psychologist in Alberta and Ontario. I offer online and in-person sessions. I am also a Divorce Mediator and provide Marital Mediation services. I teach in the Psychology department at Mount Royal University (MRU). I work with people who need guidance to redesign their relationship, work through a crisis or are transitioning into a co-parenting relationship with their spouse.
Clients resonate with the ideas of Relationship Redesign, Relationship Crisis or Transition to a new type of Relationship. These are the entry points by which we can begin our work together. I also offer Marital Mediation which is a short term mediation experience for couples who have a specific issue to resolve. I am also a mediator for separating couples
I have heard many people say that they just want to be happy and they have lost the connection they once had. My experience, working with couples since 1997, is that people need to feel valued and be able to communicate and solve problems. Often people have entered cycles that they have a hard time exiting. We can build a plan to replace those cycles.
