I have worked with trauma survivors for over 16 years & seeking help is the first step towards healing. Counselling can help you work through your feelings, thoughts and relationships, helping make sense of why you feel the way you do.
I have specialized training in EMDR, a therapy that was developed to help people heal from the emotional distress resulting from traumatic life experiences, while integrating a variety of therapeutic approaches to help clients process past traumatic experiences, reduce physical reactivity, lower anxiety and decrease depression.
