I am a licensed psychologist based in Dieppe, New Brunswick, Canada. My main goal throughout my career has been to help people understand their mental health challenges and find ways to cope with them. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma, utilizing various evidence-based treatment methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). One of my areas of expertise is Geek Therapy. This unique and innovative approach utilizes popular culture, including books, movies, TV shows, and video games, to provide evidence-based therapy.
I'm a licensed clinical Psychologist focusing mainly on anxiety, depression and trauma. While I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, my expertise lies in the use of Geek Therapy (the use of pop culture interests such as books, movies, tv shows and video games in evidence-based therapy) and problematic video gaming.
