My approach is experiential in nature and grounded in Transpersonal Psychology and Family Systems Therapy. I bring a gentle and compassionate nature to my work. I come from a strong belief that it's important for myself to do this work in order to fully be in service to my clients. I am also continually upgrading my credentials.
