I work with a liberation-focused, heart-centred approach that nurtures a safe, judgment-free space where you can reconnect with your own innate wisdom and knowing. I integrate a variety of modalities into my practice, individually tailored to your needs. This includes mindfulness, somatic practices, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy.
