I have 9 years' experience working in mental health, and am certified in virtual counselling.
Using a wholistic approach acknowledging the body, mind, and spirit, I highlight client strengths to offer an alternative perspective rooted in positive psychology. I work with depression, anxiety, trauma, transitions, ADHD, and grief, and proudly support the LGBTQ community, those with alternative lifestyles, people with pregnancy/PP issues, and couples.
