Strained relationships; overwhelming anxiety; existential loneliness; feeling inherently broken and unlovable: if you are neurodiverse, these experiences may be familiar to you. The good news? You don’t have to feel that way forever. You can have a life where you feel connected to the world around you, nurture happy and healthy relationships, and communicate through overwhelm and activation. I provide counselling for individuals and couples struggling with trauma and related conflict/communication issues, attachment/relational wounds, burnout, and grief. I specialize in working with queer and non-monogamous couples.
As a queer, trans, and neurodiverse therapist, I’m committed to providing a safe and inclusive space for you to recover from trauma and improve your relationships. My approach attends to power and structural inequity, and is intersectional, strengths-based, and person-centred, as well as grounded in queer and feminist principles and anti-oppressive practice.
Even if life is messy and difficult right now, your future is full of beautiful possibilities for connection, healing, and growth. If you would like to learn more about me or my approach, you can check out my website (towardshope.ca) and book a free 30-minute consultation to talk about your goals. I look forward to connecting with you!
