I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO). I provide clinical assessment and evidence-based therapy for a range of emotional and adjustment related difficulties, with a primary focus on the treatment of anxiety and insomnia. I have received specialized training and have expertise in treating anxiety, obsessive-compulsive (e.g., OCD, trichotillomania, skin picking), depression and bipolar, and trauma-related (i.e., PTSD) disorders. Other areas of clinical interest include stress, health anxiety, and emotion regulation difficulties.
I primarily work from a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework. CBT is a short-term evidence-based treatment for a range of psychological difficulties. However, I also incorporate Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based treatments when indicated.
In addition to my clinical work, I offer training, clinical supervision, and consultation to organizations, trainees, and other licensed allied health professionals.
