Greetings! A little about me: with over 15 years of experience supporting youth, adults, and families in both educational and recreational settings, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate their unique paths with compassion and insight. As a Master in Counselling Psychology (MACP) intern, my approach is rooted in psychodynamic, narrative, and person-centered therapies, recognizing that we all have stories—often without realizing we're the best authors. I believe in the power of nature, curiosity, and openness to foster healing and growth, and I am particularly interested in exploring eco-therapy, including "walk and talk" sessions with clients.
