Special interest in supporting Eating Disorder recovery. With curiosity and warmth, we will explore your experiences to help you develop awareness of the parts of yourself that need healing. With effective therapy, clients notice more self-confidence and trust, a greater sense of safety and security, and a robust set of coping strategies that serve them well in healing their relationship with themselves, their body, and food.

I am a Registered Social Worker (14141) with a Master of Social Work from UBC. I bring compassion, warmth, curiosity, and a non-judgmental attitude. I have specialized training in evidence-based therapies including trauma-focused (EMDR, IFS), cognitive-behavioural, emotion-focused, and family-based treatment (FBT, EFFT).
