Feeling stuck is painful. Seeing the same issues and patterns arising time and again despite all efforts to move past them can be disheartening. I can support you to look deeply, with body and mind, into what is happening. Together, we welcome all the parts of you, even the wounded or troublesome ones, to the table where they can be honoured and learned from with compassion and curiosity. As your clarity and self-awareness increase so will your capacity to make conscious choices that are in line with the life you wish to lead.

We will use different approaches as appropriate including somatic, experiential, IFS (parts work), inquiry, etc. I bring the body awareness of my longstanding practices of Buddhist non-dual meditation, mindfulness and yoga/ movement into my work in a collaborative way to encourage the deepening of the conversation between body and mind.

I work with a range of clients on issues including anxiety, self esteem, stress, grief, life transitions, existential and spiritual questioning, grief, gender and sexual orientation. I am dedicated to providing safe services for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered, queer and questioning (LGBTQ+) persons. All sessions are offered via secure video link.
